I find myself struggling with the same thing. I'm starting to resent how structured and pre-planned my life is becoming -- and I work from home! The more active I become with my job, my social life, my volunteer activities, my newfound love life, the more my Google calendar becomes a necessity. I think about what I need to do differently, and I realize the best I can do is cut back (unfortunately that's part of why I had to more or less leave Seattle Atheists) and schedule times for spontaneity. Good grief.

At times like these I can't help but fantasize about going off the grid ... not that I would (or could) ... I think:P

I wish you the best in your path toward healing, and let me know if there's ever anything I can do to support you.
